Happy Parents
My daughter Alanya was 9 years old when she started kickboxing. At first we were unsure whether this would suit her as she was timid and quiet. Much to our surprise she really enjoyed it and showed a natural ability when training. As a family we trained every Wednesday and watched Alanya’s confidence grow. This side of her was transferred into her school life where she went on to perform dance on stage and take part in drama. I believe that Alanya's confidence has grown due to kickboxing training.
