Squad Training Times

Squad Training Sessions are available to all students wishing to learn more about competition fighting and training for competitions.  You will need full approved protective equipment and an in-date license to attend.  Speak with your Instructor to find out exactly what equipment you will need.

Sessions are held every Sunday of each month at The Meres Leisure Centre, Trent Road, Grantham in our usual training room, The Small Hall.  A class runs here from 12 to 1pm for Adults and is following by the Squad Session beginning at 1.15pm.  Sessions cost £6 each and are paid for on the day, before the session begins.
