Our non-contact Regular Kickboxing Classes are Mixed Kickboxing Classes, Adults Only Kickboxing Classes, Ladies Only Kickboxing, Classes Classes, Junior Kickboxing Classes (7 to 12 Year old), Little Dragons Kickboxing (5 to 6 Year year old).
